KAT Walk mini S Treadmill

KAT Walk Mini S is a second-generation Virtual Reality Treadmill tailored entirely for VR Arcades and industry training applications. Integrating our enhanced natural walking technology with the force of haptic feedback, increased upper-body freedom (additional waist DOF), improved hi-tech appearance, and a second-gen Control Center, the mini S offers a deeply immersive and professional Virtual Reality walking experience.

Newly added vibration module allows the users to feel the events of their virtual surroundings such as gunshots, explosions, earthquakes, or any other effects designed to trigger controller vibration. The enhanced platform and ergonomics provide a more immersive walking experience and allow for a higher range of actions. At the same time, the new design and a control center with an integrated cable management system give the entire installation a more professional appearance and provide a more complete and efficient use and operation experience.

Haptic feedback allows users to feel the virtual events. And our supporting software allows for adjustment of the experience intensity according to the project needs or personal preferences which greatly enhances immersion.

Reoptimized walking base and ergonomics have been implemented to support the biomechanical pattern of natural gait, flattening the learning curve and enhancing the walking experience.

User experience is improved via customization. The Mini S comes with our quick-boarding shoe covers, but it can also be used with our new dedicated shoes optimized for natural walking and providing 4 adjustable levels of friction.

Higher range of actions is achieved with an additional pitch DOF in the waist area allowing for more natural sprinting, jumping, bending over, squatting, or kneeling down.
